When I was in school for Kinesiology, I spent years volunteering in different clinics—physiotherapy, athletic therapy, and more. I noticed something: patients were often put on identical treatment plans, following the same protocols, with little lasting change.
That changed the day I stepped into an osteopath’s office. The way he treated patients was unlike anything I had seen before. Every person was treated uniquely. Every session was different because he looked at the entire body—how everything was connected, how the nervous system influenced healing, how emotional stress showed up as physical pain.
That moment shaped my entire approach to healing and coaching.
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions. I believe in treating the whole person.
Over years of working with patients and clients, I’ve seen that true transformation happens when we work with the nervous system—not against it. If we don’t address stress and tension held in the body, we stay stuck in the same mental loops, no matter how much we ‘think’ about changing.
